These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PageMon. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
You may only create one account per email address. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations is prohibited.
You may use our service to monitor errors in your legitimate applications and receive notifications about system issues.

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts have limited features and data retention. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $10/month.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees and any applicable taxes. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
If you believe there is an error in your billing, you must contact us within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly.
We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current price for 90 days after any price increase.
If payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment for up to 7 days. If payment is not successful, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
While we don't impose strict limits on error volume, we expect reasonable usage. Excessive usage that impacts service performance may result in account limitations or suspension.
Error data is automatically deleted after the retention period for your plan. We do not guarantee data recovery after deletion.
PageMon and all related software, documentation, and materials are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
You retain ownership of your application data and error information. By using our service, you grant us a license to process this data to provide our services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service according to these terms for as long as your account is active.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Termination will take effect at the end of your current billing period for paid accounts.

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your data will be deleted according to our retention policy. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees.
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these terms or our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
